"This hotel located more out of the busy area. very quiet and unsafe area especially at night when came back. some stuffs not inside room, no phone to call for housekeeping, need go down to reception to ask for it. heard this hotel gonna shut down soon. overall bed and pillows are comfortable. "

"Overall a lovely and value for money stay. Location of the resort is a little isolated, but makes for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Rooms are old but functional and somewhat clean (just ignore the corners and nitty gritty bits if you can!) We had the 4-bedroom suite and it was great for our family in terms of size. There was an ant situation though, as they came out very quickly to some dried goods we purchased. Would suggest for the hotel to try to remove them, and that patrons can try to place...

"Hotels.com should take a more active role to ensure reservation is confirmed especially when the booking is done on the same day when staying overnight on the same day. Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for...
