"The room smells wet. We asked for dehumidifier and the problem has resolved a bit better. Very convenient with shopping and dinning. A big department store with food street is about 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Strongly recommended. "

"Overall it is a great hotel sitting in the main tourist area. The bath tub faucet is broken in my room. Other than that, the rest facilities are good."

"Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even gave advice on where to visit in Tainan. They gave me a free upgrade, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Slight, constant noise like water boiling throughout my stay, but you tune it out if you don't pay attention to it"

"Breakfast buffet starts at 7am . But when arr there at 07:10 , some food still cold even it were on the heat plate! I stayed there 4 nights ! Every morning same happened."
