"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Their washer and dryer are free! I like that they have a hot tub to relax after a long day trip. Their room size with pretty spacious, they have kitchenette, kitchen items, the tv channels are good and you can do netflix, youtube, hulu too. They provide wine tasting every ight with crackers.. we would be staying and go back to this hotel again. Thank you. "

"Nisade is the first of the high-end Niseko developers to put a quality project on the ground. It is beautiful, with industrial design softened by a lot of contrasting woodwork. The design is classically modern understated. The staff was ultra friendly, from manager Yuko to the front desk, to all of the drivers, who recognized the guests by name after a few days. Walking the short 100 yards from the Kitanomine gondola felt like going home each day. I would highly recommend Fenix West. I...

"This property is close to the ski resort. It is a new hotel and it is also family-friendly. We come to this hotel around May and therefore it's not in peak season. I think not too many people will choose here except for skiing. However, I like the quiet here and also we have a kitchen to enjoy family time together. "

"We stayed for the last night of a ski trip before flying out of CTS. Very comfortable room and the only place during our 10day trip that had more than one pillow standard. No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS). Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast."

"Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice. "

"Chalet Burlap Furanui is an excellent option if visiting Furano for a ski trip (after three visits to Furano previously, this has been the favourite accommodation wrt value for money). Our room was very spacious with an ensuite, the onsite onsen is a massive bonus, and the breakfast is great! Short walk to the ski hill, and the service from everyone working there was excellent. Highly recommend."
