"Location is really good, hotel is located just beside a huge shopping mall and short distance from a major shopping & food street, staff is very friendly and helpful, mechanical parking is available and quite convenient. However, only the toilet is too small."

"Hotel is conveniently located and just a 5 min walk to the Kumamoto rail station. Service at reception was excellent. I had some issue with the lock on my door and it was promptly attended too. The stay comes with a free Japanese breakfast with option to dine in or take out. Overall will stay at this hotel again."

"We only stayed one night here but we had a great experience from check in to check out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely restaurants in the area. We ate a delicious dinner at a Chinese restaurant in the Ginza area called Jang Jang Go. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. Next to it was a Swiss bakery where we found treats to enjoy later. The most significant thing that happened during our stay was a 6.6 earthquake at 11:15 pm approximately 74 km away in the water...

"The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request. "

"It’s a nice hotel, but there are a couple of things that they could improve! The location is close to the tram so I had no issues whatsoever. Staff was very nice and helpful and it’s nice not to do a check out (you have a code, no keys). On the first floor there’s an area where you can take some useful stuff like a toothbrush, a bar open at specific times and a restaurant. "The hotel is very close to the train station, bus lines, and street cars. Staff was helpful and stored our luggage before we were able to check in. Breakfast buffet was included, although not recommended."

"This is a new hotel with many nice modern features. It is adjacent to Aso train terminal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a local farmers market and Lawson close by within easy walking distance. Very pleased with our stay here!"

"Ok let's go through the negatives first. The hotel is dated, and it shows its age. The lobby, the hallway all remind you of the 80s. The washroom bath tub has unremovable stains.
