"This hotel suggests for guests to check-in after 5pm on Saturdays - which is quite ridiculous. They do inform you about this, but only AFTER booking is made. On day of my check-in (a Saturday) I managed to speak to them for a conventional 3pm check in and they acceded。 Regardless, a 3pm check in should be the industry standard, not 5pm. "
