「We love the all-inclusiveness of the resort, the use of the pools and lazy river, restaurants on-site, mini golf, movie at the pool at night, friendly and helpful staff, lay-out of the lodging, plenty of towels and pillows, fully stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, full size refrigerator... I could go on and on. We come here often to relax, we live within 50 miles but once in a while you have to get away and this is our choice.」

「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. 「Check-in was terrible. Our room was not ready, and we waited for four hours for a room. Understand that we were early, but after we checked in, house keeping took 2 hours to clean the room next to us, which made it abundantly clear that was the reason the room was delayed」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve.
