「The location of Apartments Hakuba was perfect - just a short walk to the ski lifts, bus stop & restaurants. The accommodation is pretty new so still in great condition - basic but clean. It wasn't as large as other 2 bedrooms that we've stayed at but was adequate for us & our adult son. 」

「The property is fairly good and well maintained. The breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming for the price. It lacks an Onsen which is a bit inconvenient having to use the public ones. The shuttle service is quite basic so most days you'll have to walk to the restaurants or take an expensive cab.」

「A big chain hotel, good for family stay as they have many children playgrounds. My room was quite old. I also booked a non smoking room but the smoke smell was very strong, the cleaning did not remove the smoke scent.」
