"We stayed on the 15th floor, a premium room. Great view of the river and the city. Easy access to pathways along the River, short walk from the station. Very pleased with our stay, can’t complain about anything. Access to the 16th floor lounge was great, took advantage of all the snacks and drinks. Not too much of a view on the patio. They provided wine, high ball and beer which was nice before heading to bed. Great stay and happy with the hotel."

"We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am."
