喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、住宿環境和硬體和客房舒適度
The staff was friendly, the only disappointment is that Expedia itself gave double booking. But I'm Malaysian and I wasn't bothered since Tamara got us another room pronto. I love the location, will definitely come back.
