「The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. Fantastic host. Will be my next stay for my next visit to An Hoi - seventeen nights this stay.」

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. 「Not really a pleasant experience. Reception only opens in the afternoon at 3pm. Some staff members cannot understand basic English, making communication very difficult. Sofa is stained. Very close to neighboring building and so windows are always closed. The worst thing is there is no room tidying throughout our stay. Also, commuting to JR station takes some time -- not at all located in a convenient place.」
