「Not really a pleasant experience. Reception only opens in the afternoon at 3pm. Some staff members cannot understand basic English, making communication very difficult. Sofa is stained. Very close to neighboring building and so windows are always closed. The worst thing is there is no room tidying throughout our stay. Also, commuting to JR station takes some time -- not at all located in a convenient place.」
