Best hotel in Bali.
It is by far the best hotel in bali. The property is brand new with top quality furnishings and linens. Service is excellant and as good as any other Jumeirah hotel. You feel like you're in a botanical garden the while time.. landscaping is just above and beyond anywhere else around. Direct access to one of the best beaches also!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The best and most luxurious hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The villas are incredible with their own private pool and butler. Our butler Krisna went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. He knew we were celebrating our anniversary and printed out pictures and brought us a cake one night. We loved the private beach access and my husband was able to surf in our “backyard”. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had were still dreaming about all the fresh fruit they had available. The villa itself was huge and had 2 bathrooms and a stand-alone tub in the middle of the room, which was my favorite. Normally we get a little homesick towards the end of our vacation, but Jumeirah is somewhere we could stay forever. We will definitely be back.

More space to improve for a 5 star hotel
Stayed here twice in one trip, from my experience, book the cheapest villa with garden view will worth the money. Do Not book the pano ocean view villa, the view is blocked by plants, only partial ocean view. And for some reason the mattresses are much older and uncomfortable than the garden view villa. Much space for breakfast to be improved, too little options, and not tasty compare to other 5 star hotels in Bali. waiters are not friendly especially to Asian guests no idea why? have to keep calling them to order food. Proper training needed for the staff.

Don’t stay here if you were Asian! Racist!
We stayed here twice in our 2 Bali trip, the first time was good, but second time was terrible. We paid $10000 dollars for the pano sea view villa, one of the most expensive room, but the bed sheet was unclean, and got a centipede in the room scared my 65 years old Mum fell and nearly cut by the broken vase. Also, the buffet breakfast has very limited options(and not tasty at all). If you order from a la carte menu, the waiter will warn you not order much….what?! I paid $10000 for been told eat too much for breakfast? First time in my 5 star hotel experiences, Never been treated like this before( been travelling around world for years, as Gold Expedia member ). Also, staff are racist, only told us (we are Asian) not eat much but have no issue with other Caucasian guests. Very disappointed, will never come back again. Not recommended if you don’t want to waste money, many other better options with better value and far more better services.

From the very moment my husband and I arrived, we were captivated by the warmth and sincerity displayed by your extraordinary staff. Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. Anyone spending time in Bali will know that the locals aren’t good at making cocktails but this is hotel is different and flown in external training. We had a “sea view”, but you get s thin slither of sea and not worth the money. Based on 2 or 3 night stay, choose the cheapest villa. Your seriously aren’t missing out on much.

The staff were very warm and accommodating, The vila and the property and all the facilities were very chic, very beautiful and very well cared for. The only thing that was disappointing was the public beach. It littered with debris everywhere. The beach is public, so not the hotel’s responsibility. It is a beautiful beach but all the garbage made it very uninviting. I wish the local government would do much more to care for the beach. Other than that I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Bali and definitely stay there again. Sadly, just avoid the beach.

Magical and Magnificent
The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My experience at Jumeirah Bali is simply magical and magnificent. It is much better than Andaz, Kempinski, and the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua. I loved every second of my stay. I am very very very impressed with the customer service provided by my butler, Seno. The villa is very luxurious and I really love the bathroom (especially, the outdoor shower area). Both the private and public swimming pools are relaxing. The staffs by the pool are incredible as well. The sunset at Alaska is simply gorgeous. The breakfast at Jumeirah is just wonderful. I would not hesitate to return to Jumeirah. I thought the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi was magical but I was wrong because Jumeirah Bali was way superior.
