「The service of the counter was excellent. The room was also comfortable with the appliances you will need. The hotel offers free transportation from or to the YYZ airport, and it only takes 5 minutes. 」

「I like the accommodation, it's clean and comfortable. Some flights sounds didn't impact sleeping. There is a good fried chicken restarurant nearby(1min). Sadly the lagguage service can't be overnight even we will be back to visit again. Anyway I've put this hotel into my revisit list.」

「Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Overall pleased with my stay. It might’ve just been the room/floor I was staying, or not, but I could hear doors slamming in the hallway through the walls. Usually this type of thing wouldn’t bother me so much, but where I was it, so loud and sudden every time that it made me jump, no joke…」

「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」

「有免費機場接駁服務的原因選擇入住，若是想要在多倫多市區觀光，叫uber也非常便捷。早餐雖然僅有套餐樣式不多，但餐廳服務非常好。」

「Best thing about this property is the free shuttle to the airport. Staff helped scheduled in our time to leave on the shuttle and even offered a wake up call for us. Drive to airport was quick and smooth. I really enjoyed the pillows, bed, shower, and the outlets above the bed stands. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and I loved how updated everything was. Another plus is the Dove products in the bathroom, loved that little touch! Would stay here again if I had the chance. 」
