「Excellent 」

「This was a great stop on our trip. Quiet with beautiful gardens and pool. Not a high rise like many other places around so it was less crowded and felt secluded. Great food and service. Wish we could have stayed another day. 」

「Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable...
