「Party at rooftop till 11:15 on staurday night when I checked in. No WiFi services for 4 days till I am making this comment.I paid for 5 night which are included full facilities. No explanation and no apologies from hotel. 」

「Free shuttle bus from JFK airport to the hotel, free breakfast, two free bottles of water after check in. Staff are nice and considerate. Clean and tidy room. 」

「The hotel is good except the location. The best way of public transport to reach the New York City is the ferry located near the hotel. If you want to enjoy the visit in NY, you might need to look for the schedule of the ferry, or you might need to take the NJ T」

「So close to Laguardia and the Astoria Ferry terminal! The hotels airport shuttle was wonderful and on time. We took a car service to and from the ferry. The ferry took us to Manhattan where we had a wonderful day. NYC ferry system is only $4 each way. Highly recommend! We sat on the top and watched the lights come on in the city. Wouldn't do Manhattan any other way. Stay at this hotel or the sister property, Laguardia Plaza hotel. They share the shuttle. Plus our drivers had no problem finding...
