I booked a room for two queen beds, but it end up to be one king bed and one single size folding bed. And it said no room is available for us to change. Me and my family are not happy with that since we are four adults.

Check in service so good, even the hotel is old , but for one night to take a rest after landing is enough.

Very bad experience. Non-smoking room smells like a smoking room. Motel level of room quality. TV is on and has voice but no image. Totally wouldn’t be stay again.

Just stayed one night. It is good staying for transferring flights. Convenient shuttle bus every half hour and better be there 10-15 minutes earlier to catch up. Small bathroom and acceptable cleanness condition. Good price nearby.

Nice Hotel for Short Stay
This is not first time I stay Four point by Sheraton LAX, Good price for short stay. Easy for me to walk to Supermarket and bus centre. The only thing to play attention is the shuttle not available between 1:30pm to 4:00pm to and from the hotel and airport.
