This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights and paid less for a week in Portugal. That is a ridiculous price and I wouldn't stay here again. In addition, with that price, breakfast is not included? Just a quick overnight stay after arriving from a cruise and departing from LHR. The check in was quick and easy. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was great (anking room that overlooked the airport). Despite looking at planes landing & departing, we didn't hear a sound. Great insulation! The restaurant down stairs was very nice with friendly service and two menus to choose from; regular restaurant menu and a more casual bar menu. The food was very good and served hot and promptly.
