「Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet.」

Clean Capsule
"Clean Capsule, in Terminal 2, near the arrival. Beside the toilet provided by the capsule, there is a big and clean toilet at the opposite. There is a big super market nearby. You can buy whatever you want. I have been there many times for early flight. All the users are very quiet. They provide a locker for storage luggage. Clean bath towel, tooth brush and tooth paste, bottle water, ear plug are all provided. Highly recommended. "
