前台十分有禮貌好專業,酒店很近地鉄站,附近有大型超市而餐廳亦有好多選擇,房間裝修有一點點舊但衛生情況很好。最後,我最欣賞就是welcome cookies,非常好食。所以整體我會比此酒店9.5分。

房間清潔一般, 風筒壞的, 沒有熱風, 打電話要求更換, 等了三小時, 才換了一個殘舊的. 另外用了化妝棉又不補上新的, 清潔房間時間不定時, 下午兩點回酒店仍未清潔, 打電話要求清潔服務, 四點仍未有, 我估到晚上5點後才做因4點我再外出. 有一日早上10時食完早餐就已清潔完畢. 房間桌面燈壞的, 有日晚上房間有警報鐘響起數分鐘, 之後又停了, 相信誤鳴. 以上各樣都不是一間擁有四五星級的酒店, 唯獨是餐廳及服務櫃前線員工服務友善, 態度很好.

洗手盆去水很慢, 浴室不能去水 水流出來了, 五天都沒有清潔水杯和枱面, 垃圾桶兩天才倒一次, 房間又有蚊子, 我都打死了一隻。 一個吃早餐的時間, 我的枱面發現 三隻不同品種的爬行昆蟲 和兩隻不同品種的飛行小昆蟲。

Love the services of the staff at this hotel. They all provide sincere service and I definitely enjoyed my stay. The shopping mall which contains a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is very nice with plenty of choices from Western, Malay, Chinese and Indian food!

We have stayed for 3 nights, the room is quite good and clean. However, the first day we arrived at 10pm and the access card is malfunctional for the lift. We asked the receiptionist for help, but we finally run for 3~4 times to settle the problem, the receiption told us loudly it was working but it wasnt!!!! The staff has to improve their attitude and the access card always not working, better to check all the card again. We have seen like 5~6 pair of vistors cant use their access card and reported to the staff during our stay. It is quite serious problem for a five star hotel. You should consider of this when you chose this hotel. The location is not a consideration if you take Grab during your trip.

The location of Double Tree Hilton is in the business area so it is quite safe and convenient. I particularly love the Intermark Mall built underneath it. There are many good restaurants offering Chinese, Malay, Western and Japanese cuisines. BTW there is a food court as well. Also there are wellness, massage, jewelry, clothing shops and hair salon.
