「Reserved a mountain view room with private onsen. Unfortunately, the weather was not good so I could not see the Mount Fuji. Staff were nice and served us good food. Will definitely recommend for those who want to enjoy a fabulous vacation.」

「今次是我第二次住這間酒店，食物和服務質素絕對是五星級，地點就在高山陣屋附近，其中一個朝市就在這裏，窗台向着Miyagawa River，雪景非常漂亮，步行幾分鐘便到古街。在高山陣屋附近有一間叫Dining Bull的西式餐廳，非常美味，有時間可以去試一試。今次入住期間，酒店安排了每個晚上都有Live Band，酒店老闆非常有眼光，歌手Keen & Mary不單止唱功好，而且非常親切，做了幾晚他們的觀眾，已經成為好朋友，祝他們夢想成真。」

「本身對房間都幾滿意 但睇房間Catalog介紹先發現房間嘅風呂只係熱水而唔係溫泉水 呢方面有啲失望 始終唔係特別平 但共用嘅女性專用風呂就別有一番風味 環境好舒適 整體員工都親切友善 」

「Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Front staff can speak English. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The road path to the Onsen is beautiful. It has both indoor and outdoor. There are family bath and no need to make reservation and you can use it when it is vacant. However we did not try it this time as it occupied. Both Kinrinko and 湯之坪 are note quite close to the hotel, it is better to drive there. Overall is over my expectation and the room rate is reasonable. 」

「Excellent stay here! Specially the service from two gentlemen at front desk, they were being helpful and tried to book cab for us (finding cab is headache in Kyoto!), Also they were able to speak English! The hotel is clean generally, you get a free little complimentary snack box daily if you chose no house keeping service during your stay. Very convenient location from hotel to Gion Shijo where u get all the shopping & food and also easy to walk to Kiyomizu-Dera temple (10 mins walk)! Lovely...

「The Onsen Resort entrance is located in a small driveway beside the main road, driving in with caution will avoid you from missing the driveway. Stairs exist between the carport and the resort entrance (~50m walking), and most of the rooms in this resort are on the 2nd floor, just take in mind that you will have to move your luggages through stairs. 「Everything is very good, very comfortable to stay there. It is a bit far from city centre, but because of this, we can enjoy the seaside area. Onsen is pefect, room is big, clean. 」
