酒店設施大舊，泳池狀况也不太清潔及太小，房內設施也太差，如用此價錢，不值

Tower Regency is an old hotel, can be better maintained in terms of overall cleanliness. Service was good, wifi was good and AXN channel only besides local channels. Breakfast was ok.

The room is just normal. Dont expect too much. Service front desk not really friendly. I received no smile, Indifferent answer received when ask how to parking. Breakfast not much choice. Taste also not so good.

Friendly and Helpful Hotel Staff
The service of hotel staff is awesome. They acted immediately on the problematic air-condition in our room; which was hot like oven. The air-condition was faulty but Front Office staff, Ms. Ju, upgraded our room on a complimentary basis to compensate the problem on our first room. The upgraded room was better and our stay was good.

No hand towels and floor towel provided. Hanger was not replace at the back toilet door. Burnt bulb at pantry area. Wardrobe is in bad condition with jammed door Lobby was warm, even the receptionist that served us using some brochures to fan herself. However, they have friendly staffs and the room's air condition is cool.
