「Wir haben drei Tage im Ancient Hue Garden Houses verbringen dürfen und waren im neuen Bereich (France Quarter) untergebracht. Das Zimmer und der Service waren Top (!!!) und am Pool haben wir Nachmittage entspannt verbracht. Zum Frühstück steht ein grosse Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten zur Auswahl und auch der Kaffee war super. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Staff, die uns jederzeit ein gut aufgehobenes Gefühl gegeben hat. Preislich zwar gehoben, wir haben die Tage aber sehr genossen.」

「Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious. Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service. It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.」

「All the staff are very friendly. When we checked in, they provided great fruits for us, and also useful information about the area. Besides, the best part of staying is the breakfast. We sat in the garden next to the river. The environment is quiet and peaceful.」

Our son dropped accidentally and hurt his ear, friendly staff help to contact clinic nearby, especially thanks to manager- Mr. Anh Dung that help to go to clinic to register number for us. We appreciate for it !」

「The room was a river-view type, big enough and perfectly cleaned up. So my 3 weeks stay was comfortable. Two problems: #1 Hot water was never available even with the hot water supply button was on. #2 Breakfast was never ready on time, so I had to pass it a few times in order to be on time for my business meetings in the city. When the meal was ready on time, then no hot coffee was in the bottles. Hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. They were just not very well trained. 」

「Wonderful staff, always available to provide what you need to be comfortable. Clean, quiet rooms and refreshing pool. Breakfast buffet is good and we took a break from Asian food and ordered hamburgers one night. I'm from the US and have eaten quite a few hamburgers in my life and these burgers were awesome. Very surprising. 」
