「The room did not come with a desk. When I mentioned I could use one, the manager purchased one and set it up!!! You won’t find a friendlier or more helpful staff. The room was huge and kept in top shape. AC was cool and the shower was hot:) Views were very “beautiful!」

「Overall it was alright. Visible cracks in the walls in our villa but it was quite comfortable. Not walkable or close to anything as it’s up a very steep hill that the local taxi drivers are hesitant to drive up. As of mid September 2022 it cost 500baht each way out into town and back, which is very expensive for Thailand. Could not book rideshare (grab) anywhere on the island and was essentially stuck in the house on the first night when it was raining. Ended up renting motorcycles and parking...

「Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at.」

Please be kind when you review a place that the only shortcoming it’s is location on the hills on top of the seashore, which was a perfect location for us to feel loved was for bedroom amazing view, amazing pool. Everything was just perfect. There is a need to take a ride from the bottom of the hill to the top of the place where the villa is how ever it’s worth while, you can get a taxi driver to pick you up for a few...

「This stay was a dream. All the villas have private pools and kitchens. The bed was superb and the villa fantastic. You have a great degree of privacy and cannot see into the other villas. The owner Guy was very nice, great communication and arranged ferry tickets, snorkeling tour, and motor scooter all payable at the end of the stay. Highly recommend this place! 」
