「lovely house with all amentirs, living room is excelent, has return to home feel. dinner in the room is perfectly for traveller. you must drive because it is far from town 」

「Very convenient to go to city centre, Very nice Breakfast. Space & comfortable room . Just the bath tub & Wash Basin were not draining as fast as usually do , perhasp it's clogging.... We would like to live in again for next trip . 」

「Beautiful historical property in a fantastic setting - immaculate grounds surrounded by countryside. Right next to Beamish Museum -the best tourist attraction in the North East. We stayed in a Premier Room - well worth the extra expense ( just missing a mini fridge in the room). Already looking for a date to return. 」

「We booked here as our Daughter was married at Salmesbury Hall ,there was an initial problem on arrival due to a problem with the water pump however Becky and the team could not do enough for us .Comfy beds 」

「Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.」
