西班牙親子飯店訂房

「It's a nice hotel with a good location which nears Pollenca and Alcudia. We enjoyed the private terrace. The meals were rich. One small shortcoming was that the cleaning of bathroom needed to be improved.」

「酒店位置很好很近購物大道，食肆樓下週邊就有，非常方便。 酒店設施一般，房間空間很寬躺和擁有廚房和洗衣機，只是他們不提供每日執房服務，如有需要，酒店可以提供但每次需要收取15歐羅。同時毛巾方面，酒店會在首日把所租天數的毛巾全部給你，酒店不會每日幫你更換。 另外所提供的毛巾數量也不是每天一套，例如我住了三個晩上，酒店只提供兩套給我，我特意向前枱查詢此事，他們的答覆是我們酒店不會為客人提供每日一套毛巾的，我本人覺得我付的是四星酒店價錢但卻住了Airbnb! 如果按這種服務質素，我可以有其他更好的選擇！更重要的是我在Expedia訂房時，網站內並沒有特別聲明此等服務，我是check-in才知道！這是一家性價比不高的酒店！」

「Its a lovely hotel with lots of activities. Rooms are light, airy, love the balcony with sun loungers. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of activities for young and old.」

「Had a lovely 10 days with our 1 year old and 4 year old. Loads for the kids to do in the hotel, loved the gym and olympic pool for the adults, and Puerto Pollença is beautiful.」

「It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

「Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.」

「The room needs a bit more cleaning especially the top of the furnitures. We mentioned that and an hour later all was cleaned by the personal. Perfect.」

「電梯有點舊，房中二個廁所但是馬桶沖水一個是壞的，跟櫃台說了，入住的三晚也沒修理！水壓很夠。小廚房洗衣機很方便！有陽台很棒！櫃檯人員親切福務！地點也很好，到聖家堂三分鐘就到了！旁邊超市及用餐都很方便！」
