「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... 」

「They upgraded my room to a bigger one when we check in. Everything aspect of the room is perfect.」

「It’s a charming and excellent option. Close to everything city. Also, the Notre-Dame Basilique is very close. 」

「In general, the hotel is cheap and close to bus station. The breakfast is ok with multiple choices. The only inconvenience is the reception desk locating in another hotel, but not far. 」

「Loved that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Quebec. Didn’t like that there was no parking available and had to use public parking. The hosts were great in giving parking options and quick to respond to messages. Very clean and modern apartment. Not the usual feeling of a hotel room. Overall were satisfied and would recommend to family and friends 」
