「We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. 「We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was absolutely huge. Very well furnished and appointed, although it could do with an update of the lounge suite. Pool was good. Check-in was a trick as the new security man did not understand English, hence our attempts at 'office, administration and check-in' were a waste of time. However, eventually all was solved. "It was an unpleasant journey. Firstly, facilities are old. Secondly, bath room looks dirty. Thirdly, the sound insulation is very poor that I can’t sleep at night. Most importantly, the waiter of the restaurant on 5/F asked strange questions on the way when delivering drinks to my room. I didn’t expect a hotel staff would ask whether me as a customer has boy friend and whether I am coming with my family and friends. I feel extremely unsecured, afraid and disappointed. I do not recommend people especially lady who travel alone to stay in this hotel."
