「The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. They were staying free or at a reduced rate whereas people that paid to vacation there couldn't relax. The staff was amazing but I won't come back due all the people viewing time shares. 」

「We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....
