「Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. 」

「Good place to stay」

「The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...

「The villa is very nicely decorated. The lobby of the hotel is just 30 second away from the beach. You can swim in the beach or relax in the cafe and bars nearby. We had a nice stay. We find the kitchen very cool. The breakfast cooked by the staff is also nice. 」

「房間裝修設備都不錯，可是水壺很髒，被子跟床單更髒，勉強睡了一晚，第二天要求更換，晚上7點回去還沒有換，追問負責人，本來說已經換了，後來又說床單拿去洗了，8點送回來給我們換，酒店很安靜，露台景色很好，可以有些事情沒有交代清楚，像出門坐Buggy的安排，什麼的都要WhatsApp練習職員才可以，就是如果什麼都列清楚了會更好。」

「The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. 」

「Was even nicer than in the pictures, loved the interior in the rooms and how well the whole property was taken care of. Bingin beach can be reached by foot in just a couple minutes.」

「This is a wonderful holiday home with the luxury of a good sized pool (maybe around 3.5m x 7m). A 7-seater vehicle with driver was provided to us free of charge during our stay 8 hours per day, except the check-in and check-out day, which was most convenient. In-villa massage was superb at great value (US$ 17 per hour) and was available even late in the evening (10pm and after) so we could still use the service after the kids went to bed. All-in-all a perfect holiday. There are only a couple...
