「This was my second time staying here. Everything was great! Very close to fountain square and the trolley. 」

「This place was fine for one night, traveling through the area. But I probably will not stay again. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. We got a room with one queen bed. I assumed that meant there would be a cot or something for the child. But when we asked, they said they didn’t have cots. I’m not sure why the website would let us booked a room for three when this would only accommodate two people. ?? But the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and quick to fix that for us,...

「The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. 」
