「The rooms weren’t entirely spectacular but they roomy and clean and air conditioning worked amazingly. What was absolutely spectacular was the back area overlooking the ocean. And the beach area itself. My family enjoyed snorkeling so close to hotel. I would love it if they picked up the trash around the beach area. But overall it was a great stay. Staff was very serviceable and friendly. 」

「Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. This location is also close to Robinson mall where the grocery store/any other shopping you need to do is located. You can easily find tricycles also there, but we instead chose to drive. We did not have an issue with parking although it spaces can be tight the security guards in the parking lot were very...

「Good, basic hotel at a convenient location. Wifi is very slow, constantly fluctuates. 」

「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「This hotel is currently under heavy construction. Our balcony overlooked the ugly construction site. Our bathroom shower had this incredibly difficult step up to get in the bath. Totally not suitable for older visitors like us.」

「We had a family room with balcony, quite nice. The refrigerator in the room did not work. After some time we got another one which did not work either. We could use the shared kitchen, but would have preferred an electric kettle in the room. 」
