「What like is it had free parking in the garage if rained and what i didnt like was that the house keeping didnt come everyday and. You had to ask for clean towels」

「We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed...

「We always stay at Ocean Reef when we visit Myrtle Beach! We always get an oceanfront room that includes a balcony, and the view is beautiful. Another major plus for us is the breakfast buffet, which offers a huge variety of delicious breakfast foods. The staff has become like old friends, and we're always glad to see them.」

「The room was spacious and very clean. It was stocked with everything you need (towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, bar soap, make up remover towelettes, dish soap, sponge, extra garbage bags ect. The kitchen is fully stocked too. Bueatiful view of the ocean off the balcony. We had a great stay!」

「I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It was a chaotic check in day and they upgraded us for no additional cost and were very accommodating and lenient with loading area time limit. Cleanliness could be improved as the room we were in had a dirty floor and the balcony still had pigeon feathers and feces in the corner. Overall I had a good experience and would stay again. 」
