「We’ve been here many times, and among a lot of the 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in HK, this is one of my favourites. Grand hyatt HK is definitely one of the best in terms of value for money! Mr Scott Lui from the club lounge is super kind to guests and makes everyone feel welcome. 」

「We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan. 「 The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, so I decided to take the subway to get there. I wasn't aware that Cordis and Langham were actually the same hotel. The signage at the subway station initially pointed towards Cordis Hotel, but later switched to Langham Hotel, which left me a bit uncertain about whether I was headed in the right direction. 「飯店名在金鐘，地址在軒尼詩道；但港鐵坐到灣仔，出口找修頓球場走莊士頓道會比較方便。 離叮叮車站牌很近，在港島移動想省錢選叮叮車較方便。走路5分的距離就可以找到最近熱門的bakehouse、紅城冰室&Five Guys。 飯店及房間剛裝修過，但房間門隔音有限，房內外推窗離對面商辦很近需要把窗簾拉好。 整體來說，下次去香港還可以考慮住這間。」
