I appreciate the concierge service very much, for instance, I and my husband arrived the hotel at late evening. A young staff (a guy of South Asian decent) was very helpful & proactive to help out and carry our ski equipment & luggage to our room. Appreciated very much. 」

We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge.
