「The service is good, they give the items such as hand cream and water to me. But when I book a car, it is 7:20 am but I want to amend earlier to 6:45 am the concierge said would help me ask but send me to breakfast, and said it’s hard to amend that the driver maybe have other order. Which is very unlikely of this time as 6:45-7:20 is very early in the morning and surrounding are all hotels and airport area, not much people needed one. The taxi driver also said he just live nearby. but when I ask...

「I had been loyal IHG customer for a while. This is the most disappointed stay I had. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly and the carpet smelled bad and dirty. This is not acceptable at this price. You could either pay more to a higher star hotel for a better service or pay less to a budget hotel to save money. The service level is similar to budget hotels.」

「整体的硬件设施是没有问题的，但是人员服务上面可能和所处的星际相差太多了，晚上点餐到房间，点的三明治，做了将近两个小时才送到房间也就算了，但是居然是冷的，服务员拿走之后用微波炉打了一遍给端回来的。然后我们要求从新做，一直到第二天我们在酒店吃早餐的时候，给我们端上来告诉我们昨天晚上点的三明治按照标准要求做好了。我真的也很无语」
