「Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture. 」

「This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. 「飯店在有坡度的老城區，離車站有點距離，可以在火車站旁邊公車站搭1號公車，在第三站下車，再走250公尺就到了。計程車要20CHF。有大行李的，走路會很累喔。飯店房間有個小廚房，讓房間感覺起來寬敞。房間浴室都很乾淨，也很舒適。飯店周圍都是精品店，環境高雅，晚上可以出來散步，氛圍很好。早餐普通。飯店的性價比不錯。」

「Overall great apartment for anyone traveling with family or good friends. A very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is simply amazing to overlook the white mountains at the balcony. Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.」
