「The outside of the bldg can be deceiving. Once you step inside the hotel is quite nice. The front desk was courteous and had a room available before actual check-in. The elevator is a bit outdated but no problem. The room is a bit small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The only downside is the AC did not work in the room but we did not notice until late in the day and did not want to bother staff to move us to another room. 」

「Nice boutique hotel located in beverly hill neighborhood. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They give warm welcome to guests and even trip suggestion. The bar are nice and cozy. Those the room is comparatively small, but it's understandable given the safe and sound location. Few mins walk to rodeo street and beverly hill sign.」
