However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). "Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. I love it so much I m planning to buy a place in Laguna. "
