「Family of four stayed for one night clean and tidy, very helpful staff , children loved the pool great slides. Asked for a room close to the reception and got one, rooms were good comfortable beds children loved this hotel 」

「第一次不推薦，因為check in時前台服務員態度已經不是很好，沒有想過迪士尼員工竟然會如此雖然她不是態度極差但她的不專業沒有收藏好，房間地面好像油油的，浴室不潔，浴簾是爛的，唯一讓我感覺滿意的是餐廳早餐的員工，早餐正常的與普通一般酒店的早餐一樣，雖然有注明是慶祝周年但酒店甚至一句祝福都沒有」

「Wir reisten als Familie ins Disneyland Paris und waren für 3 Nächte im Grand Magic. Das Hotel ist 10 Busminuten vom Park entfernt. Alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle hin und zurück. Das Auto kann man auf dem Parkplatz für 15 Euro pro Tag stehen lassen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Grosses Badezimmer und genügend Handtücher. Leider kam bei der Duschbrause relativ wenig Wasser. Bei langen Haaren etwas mühsam. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war für meine Verhältnisse zu weich. Die der...

「The hotel location is excellent, shuttle to Disneyland and walking distance to outlet mall. The room is clean and tidy. Service is very good and professional. If the hotel can provide some toiletries even for standard room would be great. 」

「1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。 廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。 浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。」

「Beautiful area outside of Paris. Very quiet and safe. Townhouses are wonderful!!! We used private transportation to get to and from Paris each day. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Our porter Irwin was very kind and helpful. He helped transport our luggage and was eager to answer questions.」

「如果只是要睡覺，早出晚歸型，可以選擇該家飯店。要去迪士尼可以搭計程車，滿近的。隨然有供應早餐，但很簡易的西式餐點。」

「We had a family room and kids enjoyed the bunk bed very much. The bath tub is nice after a long day at Disneyland which is around 15mins by car. Highly recommended to this hotel if you travel by car.」

「When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold...
