「South was very friendly」

「Wrong breakfast bill was charged to my room. I am glad that I verified my bill. If I did fast check-out, I would have missed the mistake. The hotel should verify room number when guest is signing bills.」

「Everyone seems working on something upon my arrival. Nicely renovated room. Door lock is not the best, need some efforts to shut properly and hence can hear banging doors in the room. Upper floors preferred. Convenient location, linked by covered bridges.」

「Really like this hotel! The location is excellent- linked directly to Raffles City shopping centre, which is just right at the exit of City Hall station. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, service from staff is satisfying. Nothing to criticise overall. Will definitely stay again next time visiting SG!!!」

「The room is very very clean and big . The Mattress & Pillow are very very good . It's easy to go out have dinner and go shopping mall ( Donki , Muji ....etc ) There is a 24 hours supermarket. Can watch Netflix in TV 」

「The hotel location is great that near MRT with just 1min walk distance and on the line to the airport. Easy to travel to the attractions. The design of building is also fantastic however when it comes to the view from your room, you can hardly see any views except the plant wall and also the dust and dead leaves on the floor which seem the hotel won’t clean regularly. The door of one toilet cabinet is broken but it has NO sign on that but just one wire attached to avoid from falling down...

「Everything was great. Only minor thing was tiger beer ran out which is not suppose to happen also we were not informed our complimentary dry clean had to be collected before 10 am. Otherwise everything was great. 」

「The room is spacious and the swimming pool is great. However the swimming pool occasionally have no life guards in opening hours. Also, the equipment in the room is a bit old , sometimes have somelight flashing and the water drainage is quite slow. But overall is a very pleasant stay with very conveninet location. 」
