「Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. 」

「My room is facing the main street so it's a bit noisy in early morning. Otherwise , everything is good.」

「The services are good although the hotel is situated in a different province completely away from Phnom Penh. This can be costly if you intend to go shopping or buy essential goods needed for your stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff friendly and able to assist whenever needed.」

「The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.」

「Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at.」

「The location is really convenient. You can find many place to dine in by walking. The room is clean. I really enjoyed staying over there. I recommend to every one. 」

「Excellent location and comfortable with one of best pools and gym environments I have seen in Phnom Penh. Only issue is that they require deposit in cash as credit card takes too long to refund apparently.」
