「Relative convenient. Very busy lobby with only security guard. No safe deposit box. Limited power outlet that makes ironing and use of hair dryer a challenge. Very inconvenient for light switch selection. No bedside light. No light switch by the bed to control other lights. Overall I am disappointed」

「I stayed 4 nights this time. For the first night, the air conditioning is malfunction so that the room temperature is cold (20.5 degree C) for the whole night even I set it to 26.0 degree C on the air conditioning control panel. The panel can show the setting value of 26.0 degree C but the setting value does not work. Next morning, I went 1st floor and told service counter about this. They sent a technician / service guy to my room. He checked my setting showing 26.0 degree C so he said the air...

「Ants in washroom, table and bed. One of my towel old & torned. Wifi poor connection, 3 days stay was difficult for me to do my job. Perfume in lift was terrible smell. I dont enjoy for my 3 night with massive jem every where. My appoinment in Nibong Tebal unable to meet my schedule. My nearest AEON the nearest also terrible jem. I only enjoy foods within distance. Hotel without restaurant. I am experience 8 year ex-hotelier and 18 years in airline catering industry, can comment lot of...
