「The hotel is relaxing with beautiful garden view under sunshine and near the sea. Sunrise can be seen. Bintan's temperature is comfortable without high humidity though it set by the sea. Garden room is recommended as there are garden view is impressive. Hotel's staff is excellent. They have much smile really from the heart. Some have strong memory remembering what room number we are. 「The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well.
