Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. 」

「One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave 」

「I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it...

「This property is cheap and budget friendly. For those who are looking for a better than budget hotel stay, this is a recommended place. The unit comes with bath tub and all ammenities is there. Also there is swimming pool. Location wise is near to all the popular landmark which make it very easy to access. Overall good place to experience. 」

「Kitchen wise , have not have enough pot and pan to cook, and also plates and bowl , no tea towel provided, laundry have no detergent provides, hanger is Very limited Bathroom don’t have a power point to use , and at last there is no dinning table 」

「从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。」

「Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended. 」
