「每天有提供三個班次免費接駁，離烏布皇宮要搭計程車進去約7分鐘，我在皇宮附近都是殺到五萬印尼盾的計程車，沿途很黑別想徒步很危險，飯店服務很好，隔天7:00am要到coco supermarket集合參與我訂的klook行程，本來Klook說可以派車來飯店接我們但費用是25萬印尼盾...好險我們選擇請飯店叫才10萬印尼盾， 唯一讓我覺得不ok的是浴室設備老舊，水有點小洗到一半還沒熱水，客房清潔也做的不踏實，第二天完全沒補任何新備品」

「我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人」
