"Absolutely impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and the hotel is beyond 4 stars. Traveled the world and my wife and I both were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I wished it were longer. Food was also amazing. Other hotels could take note the shear professionalism of the staff. "Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."

"We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am."

"Hilton is at an excellent location. Right across the main station. It is also 200 m from the airport limousine bus stop so very easy to navigate. They have 4 to 5 in house restaurant and bars. "

"Modern, western hotel connected by walkway to Shin-Kobe station. Good access to rest of city, especially the cable car to the gardens above Kobe. Hotel is essentially part of a shopping/restaurant center. Well worth the money."
