「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. The fridge is stocked daily with fresh still and sparkling water and fresh jersey milk. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The coffee was good too. 「The first night stay was disappointing,room very small ,carpet stained and windows unable to open .Fire hazard .We complained and were delighted to have been given a great room in the modern side of the hotel .Totally different .」

「Staff were very friendly and contributed to making this stay wonderful. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel including the pool and gym. The outdoor pool was immaculate. Breakfast was very well cooked and great choices. I cannot fault this hotel.」

「Great hotel, good location, very friendly evening bar staff and head receptionist was also very nice. Service in breakfast room was variable, felt rushed, often asked to choose tea or coffee etc before even seated. Asked about cooked breakfast options before even starting cereal. Cooked breakfast options could have been served hotter. Ran out of coffee cups & pastries on two occasions. 」
